Placing Orders

To place an order for any items within the Reeffarmers web site you can either call or email. Our phone number is 909-989-9711. If we do not answer the phone please leave a message with your name and phone number. Customers can also send email to reeffarmers@ispwest.com . There is also an order form page that can be filled out with the customers basic contact information and shipping address information. Select the Order Form menu item in the main menu on the left. Do not send financial information on the order form page. We will contact you via phone to acquire the financial information. We do not believe that online shopping carts are appropiate for purchasing live corals. Reeffarmers prefers to verify that customers have the proper system to maintain the live coral animal. We will contact you and ask a few basic questions about your system and the types of animals you are maintaining within the system. We accept online payments through Paypal and can accept offline payments through Visa and Mastercard. There is no minimum order. Large orders for established customers that are equal to or over $300 will recieve a 10 % discount (no discount can legally be applied to any CFM auction sales). All Auction sales final at high bid price. Cash orders paid by money order or cash recieve a 10 % discount. The maximum discount for large cash orders is 15 %. Coral fragments come in the following sizes - tiny, small, medium, large and extra large. Small fragments are about 1 to 1 1/2 inches in hieght with usually one branch. Mediums are 1 1/2 to 2 inches with usually more than one branch. Larges are greater than 2 inches with multiple branches. Extra large fragments are greater than 2 1/2 inches and equal in size to a tiny colony. Extra large fragments are usually sold as tiny colonies if they are mounted and available. We can ship fragments from our multiple product lines together in one single shipment.

All shipping charges are paid by the customer. We guarantee all live coral for 1 week from day of arrival. Reeffarmers normally ships via Federal Express next day afternoon. To reduce shipping weight we recommend unmounted fragments if possible. These require much less water. Customers must supply us with a contact phone number when placing an order. Corals are shipped in igloo coolers to help buffer temperature extremes.
